Beekay Niryat Limited was incorporated on 6th June,1975 as Giri Finance & Trading Limited which was subsequenty changed to Beekay Niryat Limited in 2001 pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation.
The initial business of the company was finance activity but later on under the guidance of the company��s director, Late Smt Madhuri Bajoria the company started export of leather goods to Europe & Australia and became one of the leading exporters of leather good from 1989 to 2010. The company was recognized by the government of india as an ��Export House�� at that time. Unfortunately due to the sudden demise of Lt Smt Madhuri Bajoria, the other directors of the company closed down the leather business in 2011.

CURRENT BUSINESS

1. The company is one of the major promotors of Agribiotech Industries Limited holding 34.45% shares in it which is primarily into alcohol manufacturing in the state of Rajasthan. (www.abil.co.in)

2. Recently It has acquired 25.5% stake in Pioneer Spirits LLP which is an alcohol bottling plant in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Apart from manufacturing and marketing their own Country Liquor and IMFL brands, Pioneer Spirits has recently entered into an agreement with Aliied Blenders & Distillers Pvt Ltd to bottle its products in Rajasthan.

3. The company is already one of the major suppliers of raw jute to all the leading jute mills in India.

4. Recently we have also started sourcing and supplying rice to all major distillers in North India.

5. The company is also into financing other companies.

She is the Chairperson cum Managing Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor��s degree of commerce. She is associated with our company as a Promoter and a Director. She is responsible for commercial activities of the company. She is the key to lead Beekay Niryat to the next level of Growth.

MR. PRATAP KUMAR MONDAL

Experience - has experience of more than 25 years in the area of finance, commercial, banking, accounts and general management and brings value addition to the Company.
He is a Non- Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds Bachelor��s Degree in commerce. He has having experience of more than 25 years in the field of Finance, Commercial, Baking, accounts and general management and brings value addition to the Company.

MR. ASHUTOSH BAJORIA

Mr. Ashutosh Bajoria is a Commerce Graduate and promoter of the company. He is responsible for daily operations and management of the company. He has vast experience in managing other group companies.

CS Nitin Hotchandani is FCS, LLB, M.Com and presently Practicing Company Secretary and Past Chairman of Jaipur Chapter of NIRC of ICSI and also managing Committee member of FORTI (Federation of Rajasthan Trade & Industry) and member of RTCA (Rajasthan Tax Consultant Association) etc.
CS Nitin Hotchandani is Practicing Company Secretary, who holds a peer review certificate and is currently working in the field of Corporate and Taxation Services from past Ten years. He is also an Independent Director in Umang Boards Limited.
He was elected as management committee member in December, 2018 for the period of 2019-2022, he also served as the Vice Chairman of Jaipur Chapter from 2019 to 2020, and then served as chairman from2020 to 2021.
During the pandemic, there were series of events conducted by Jaipur Chapter under his chairmanship which resulted in overall growth of members as well as students.
He is also working as a Secretarial Auditor with various PSUs and other large organizations as well.
